Customer Success Manager
We are looking for a self-motivated Customer Success Manager who will be involved in technical and commercial pre and post-sale activities at a high pace. You are the main customer interface during customer projects and are setting the actions and priorities for the installation team in close cooperation with the customer. You will be the driver of ensuring successful installations and world-class customer service.
About the job
The Customer Success Manager responsibility is to;
Understand customer needs and requirements during installation and translate them into actions in the bintel team
Plan and execute customer installations together with the service team
Ensure bintel has relevant systems, processes, procedures, and partners for successful implementation, service and support throughout the product life cycle.
Lead the service and support team, including partners, spread over a large geographical area.
You are a self-motivated driver that is passionate about delivering world-class customer experience. You are not fearing a start-up environment with very few formal procedures and limits, rather the opposite, you are embracing the challenge in getting them in place. You enjoy meeting and servicing people from many countries and cultures, who you approach with a humble and open-minded attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in information management, computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline.
- Prior experience of customer interaction, sales, or service management in relation to a technology/product offering
- Skilled in organizing and planning
- Service minded with customer as first priority
- Ability to lead teams during installation and development projects
- Ability to analyse and organize data and feedback coming from customer, service & support team
- Experience from the waste management industry is a plus
- You speak and write fluently English and Swedish and have the ability to accurately communicate verbal and written technical information.
